You have to make sure that the NIC and the Hardware is fully supported and the configuration is correct.
Since, Login to the ISCSI target is successful but you cannot see the LUN info, you might want to check whether the LUN is allowed correctly at the storage level or not.? If possible, try to assign the same LUN to another running ESXi and check whether its discoverable or not.?
