Yes I read those too. The one about call tech support before power cycle is not applicable since I had to reboot to install the 5.1 software which reboots the server. I also read most of the other articles and found none of them to be helpful unless I am just not understanding them fully. Hence I thought to poke around here to see if anyone knows what might have happened or how to correctly resolve. No phone support so we are out of luck there.
