Yes, I do. I am able to access everything just fine from the vSphere client from my laptop just fine. It's my much more powerful newer desktop that seems to have this issue. I first found it when i was using Windows 8 so I was guessing that might be the issue with Win 8 so i did a fresh install of Windows 7 Enterprise x64. I wonder why it only happens so far when i am in the vSphere client and doing anything under the configuration tab.
