Raid 1 for the ESXi install on the two drives like others stated and then it's really up to you on the configuration of the other drives. You should do some research on what you expect as far as IOPS and drive space you need in order to set it up that best fits your needs. Raid 10 is good for performance and redundancy, but the IOPS increase on the writes by one or two per transaction so again goes back to what you're running. Raid 50 is a good choice that seems to be more the trend for non intensive I/O systems and as far as performance and it's been very close to Raid 5 performance in my environments that I've used anyway.
