Hi Tsjo - thanks. what I see is different from the screenshot you sent (very kind). what I did was - spun up the esxi on the intel machine, created a vm and added a x86 os, per suggestion by other member. now when I try installing vcserver on other vm (windows server 2008 x64 R2) it errors out trying to install Sql server express. error number - 3903422557. some other member had teh same problem, but I dont see the solution.. thanks again for the help.
